The Weekly Practice is a simple, accessible $19/month subscription created by Swami Jaya Devi. Each Sunday, you’ll receive:

  • A short email with grounded encouragement

  • Practical spiritual tools you can use immediately

  • A 7-10 minute audio meditation you can replay anytime

It’s designed to help you reconnect to your breath, your body, and your sacred inner wisdom—week after week.

How much does it cost?

The subscription is $19 per month for Founding Members who join before April 5th, 2026.

Founding members will lock in $19/month permanently, even when the price increases as the community grows over time.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can join or cancel at any time. There are no long-term contracts or commitments.

How much time does this require each week?

Just 10 minutes.

The meditation itself is 7-10 minutes, and the email is short and easy to read. You can revisit the audio whenever you need centering throughout the week.

What if I'm very busy?

This is designed for people who are overwhelmed or stretched thin. The Weekly Practice is intentionally:
